Wow I haven't really had the chance to update this recently but here we go!!!!!!!!
So on Thursday Oct. 9th 2008 I went out for a run by myself since mouse couldn't go. Really wasn't a good idea since I started feeling sick and pretty much passed out on the field! Fun stuff hey! I think it was just a long day and I was pretty tired before I went on my run!! Anyways on Friday Robyn and I went out again I did about 15 min walking 30 min running and then another 15 min walking! That was a rough one my legs for some reason did not want to work on my walk home..painful!!! Anyways I haven't been getting out as much as I really should lately because of the holidays and the crappy weather, but I've realized the weather Is just going to get colder and wetter so I'll just have to deal with it! I'll be starting up again on Sunday!!!
